A UX Researcher & Service Designer driven by empathy, curiosity, and a passion for creating thoughtful digital experiences.
My journey began far from Munich, but it’s here that I discovered how design can connect cultures, solve real challenges, and empower people in their everyday lives. After completing my Master’s in Design Management at Macromedia University, I learned that impactful design goes beyond aesthetics — it’s rooted in understanding human needs, emotions, and behavior.
Living and working in a new country has shaped the way I approach design: with adaptability, clarity, and a deep appreciation for meaningful communication. I focus on transforming complex problems into simple, intuitive, and emotionally resonant solutions.
I’m particularly interested in sustainability, service innovation, and designing user experiences that feel genuinely supportive rather than overwhelming.
Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Munich’s creative corners, filming for my YouTube channel, or researching how small interactions can make digital products feel more human.
